This policy explains how BADBI handles personal information through the public PeekEngine website, brand previews, guided chat and enquiry forms. A separate written service order or data-processing agreement may provide additional terms for customer workspace data. ## Information we collect - Details you provide: your name, email address, contact number, company domain inferred from a business email, area of interest, enquiry message and any information you choose to share with our team. - Pricing context: the plan discussed, requested query count, billing period, display currency and source page. - Browser preferences: the selected theme, pricing choices and preview/session details stored in your browser. - Technical information: IP address, browser/device information, requested URLs, timestamps and security or performance logs processed by the hosting provider. - Service information: if you purchase services, business details, agreed queries, URLs, reports, correspondence and invoicing records needed to provide the agreed scope.The public enquiry forms do not ask for payment-card details, passwords, government identification numbers or sensitive personal information. Please keep that information out of free-text messages. ## How we use information We use information to respond to your enquiry, arrange a demo, discuss pricing, contact you at the email or number you provide, personalize the website preview, provide agreed services, maintain business records, protect the website and meet applicable legal obligations. You can use “Reset preview” or your browser settings to clear stored preview information; clearing browser storage does not delete an enquiry already sent to our inbox. Company favicons may be requested from Google; a configured logo integration may instead request Brandfetch images. Those requests use the company domain and can reveal normal connection information, such as your IP address and browser details, to the image provider. The logo request does not intentionally include your full email address, phone number or enquiry message. Our hosting provider may operate traffic, security and performance monitoring and associated cookies or identifiers. Any separately configured analytics or marketing tools must be described and operated with the notices and choices required by applicable law. We do not intentionally send lead names, emails, phone numbers, company domains or message text as analytics event parameters. ## When information is shared Information may be available to authorized BADBI personnel and providers supporting hosting, email, business communications, security, agreed service delivery or lawfully configured analytics. Providers receive information needed for their role. Information may also be disclosed where required by law, a lawful authority request, or to protect legal rights and prevent fraud. We do not sell personal information collected through these enquiry forms. A proposed business transfer involving relevant records must remain subject to applicable data-protection obligations. ## Retention and security We retain enquiry information for the follow-up, business relationship and legal, accounting or security purposes for which it is needed. Records that are no longer required are deleted or anonymized under our retention practices. Paid-service retention or deletion arrangements may be specified in the service order. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the information, including HTTPS for the website and access controls for business records.
