# Terms & Conditions Operated by BADBI · GSTIN: 29AETPU0677A1Z1 Effective: 26 October 2026 ## Operator and scope PeekEngine is a product operated by BADBI, GSTIN 29AETPU0677A1Z1. These terms govern use of the public website and enquiries about PeekEngine. An accepted proposal, order form or service agreement governs the specific paid service, together with these terms to the extent incorporated into that agreement. Mandatory legal rights always take priority. ## Eligibility and enquiries You must have legal capacity to contract under applicable Indian law and, when acting for a business, authority to act for that business. The service is intended for users aged 18 or over. Submitting an enquiry or preview form requests a response from BADBI. It does not by itself start a paid subscription, accept a quotation, authorize recurring payments or guarantee service availability. A paid engagement requires agreed scope and commercial terms. ## Service scope and AI results PeekEngine helps analyze brand visibility in AI answers, citations, competitor mentions, search results and content evidence. The agreed service order defines coverage, capture frequency, reports and support. AI providers and search engines control their own responses, rankings, access and availability. Their outputs can change, be incomplete or contain errors. BADBI does not guarantee a ranking, citation, brand mention, traffic level, revenue result or uninterrupted access to a third-party platform. Sample screenshots and examples are illustrative. ## Plans, pricing and query counts The monthly USD packages are Starter: 50 unique queries for $95; Growth: 175 for $245; and Pro: 250 for $495. Enterprise coverage above 250 queries is quoted separately. A unique question is a tracked query; repeated scheduled captures do not create an additional unique query allowance. The calculator recommends the smallest package covering the requested count. The published comparison rates are $1.90, $1.40 and $1.98 per included query per month respectively. These figures divide a package price by its allowance; they are not automatic metered or overage charges. Capture frequency and package features also differ. Annual displays, where selected, show a rounded monthly equivalent of the published 15% annual discount with a 12-month commitment. The annual invoice amount and term must be confirmed in the accepted order. USD and INR displays are stated package prices, not a promise of a real-time foreign-exchange rate. ## Taxes, payment and scope changes Invoices are issued by BADBI. The accepted proposal or order states the payable currency, applicable GST or other taxes, payment method, payment schedule and any approved scope changes. Taxes are additional where legally applicable unless the quote says they are included. Using a calculator or changing a plan selection does not authorize a charge. Extra scope, an upgrade, renewal or recurring billing requires the agreed commercial authorization and any affirmative consent required by law. Do not send payment-card or banking credentials through the public enquiry forms. ## Cancellation, renewal and refunds You may stop using the public website at any time. Paid-service cancellation notice, renewal arrangements and refund eligibility must be set out in the accepted service order, subject to applicable law. Send cancellation, billing or refund requests to badrish@prophilehouse.com with the relevant order details. We assess them against the agreed scope, services already supplied and mandatory legal rights. Accepted refunds are processed within a reasonable period or the period required by law. These terms do not impose a blanket exclusion of refunds for a deficient service or remove a statutory remedy. ## Your responsibilities Provide accurate contact and project information, maintain rights or permissions for material you supply, and use the website and services lawfully. Do not introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, misuse another person’s data, interfere with service operation or use reports for unlawful or misleading activity. Where customer workspace data includes third-party personal information, your business is responsible for having the permissions and lawful basis necessary to supply that information. Additional processing instructions and confidentiality obligations should be agreed in the service order. ## Intellectual property and your material PeekEngine branding, software and original website material belong to BADBI or its licensors. A service agreement may give you a limited right to use specified outputs; it does not transfer ownership of the platform or branding. You retain rights in your own submitted material. You permit BADBI to use it for responding to your request and delivering the agreed service. Third-party AI responses, cited pages, brands and other third-party materials remain subject to their owners’ rights and applicable terms. ## Personal information The Privacy Policy explains the public site’s enquiry processing, browser storage, logo requests and contact channels. Additional customer-data arrangements may be agreed for paid services. Nothing in these terms limits an applicable data-protection right. ## Responsibility and liability Website information and AI/search evidence should be evaluated in context and verified before important business decisions. To the extent permitted by law, BADBI is not responsible for indirect or consequential business losses caused by reliance on third-party AI or search outputs. Any specific service warranty, service level or financial liability cap must be stated in the accepted service agreement. No provision excludes liability or a remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights relating to fraud, wilful misconduct or applicable consumer protections. A disclaimer does not replace BADBI’s obligation to supply an agreed service in accordance with law. ## Service changes and suspension We may take proportionate action to address security incidents, unlawful use or a material breach, consistent with the service agreement and applicable law. Paid-service scope or price changes require the notice or agreement required by the relevant order and law. Updated website terms apply prospectively and do not silently rewrite an existing accepted order. ## Indian law and dispute resolution These terms are governed by the laws of India, including the Indian Contract Act, 1872, the Information Technology Act, 2000, and applicable consumer and data-protection laws as in force. Please first send a concern to BADBI so it can be reviewed. Disputes may be brought before competent courts or statutory forums in India having jurisdiction under applicable law. A consumer’s statutory choice of forum remains unaffected. ## Complaints and contact For privacy requests, corrections, withdrawal of consent, complaints or legal enquiries, contact BADBI at badrish@prophilehouse.com. Include enough information to identify your enquiry or service order. We may request reasonable verification before disclosing or changing personal information.
